Crucible Competitive Ascendant emblem

I've reached ascendant 3 this season in ash of iron, and I thought there was a crucible competitive emblem that you received for reaching ascendant 3 rank, but I didnt get anything. Is this a glitch, or did I grind to rank ascendant three this season for no apparent reason?

The new emblem isn't available until October 7th with 9.1.5. It'll be retroactively available to players that have already reached Ascendant 3 since Reclamation launched.
