Do the contest mode a week after release

Firstly, The Design team killed it. Outstanding Job. However, the encounters are god awful. The epic raid is super buggy, and if Bungie refuses to listen to QA testers, then atleast let the streamers and players be the testers. the 2nd damage phase of the final encounter kills most of the team almost every time due to variable elimination just going through things and barricades not stopping it either, even when it's done correctly and you're behind something. So, I can't do it the intended way, and I can't use a barricade to save myself, I just have to hope that RNG doesn't break the encounter. this is why destiny rising did contest a week later, because you need time to make sure everything works correctly before releasing a day 1 raid. Why bother flying streamers out to get their feedback and suggestions if they are just going to recieve "Yep, uhuh... we're listening" and then do it the way that you were told not to do it anyway? The Epic raid encounters are overly complicated, and even when you do them right, something just fricking breaks half the time anyway. even when I was doing things correctly, and we were progressing, I didn't know why we were progressing. I was able to follow along just fine with the normal version and can teach dang near every job except calling out colors on final, I just haven't done it but know what I'm doing. Bungie decided that crap wasn't complicated enough, and made each person have to do 3 jobs per person for a 20 second damage phase that requires you do an encounter while doing damage just to not die, but sometimes, it just BREAKS and you die anyway. Vow was the sweet spot for difficulty for me, personally. Vow was 1 sorta difficult first encounter, and some fairly challenging encounters for the rest of the raid that just make you feel satisfied when getting them done correctly, with rewarding weapons and cool armor. The Epic raid is too difficult for the weapons you get from it, I have to learn how to do brain surgery just to get a tier 3 shotgun that is half as good as the one from a more simple raid with a better loot table, like Garden or Root of nightmares. Difficulty should yield better gear. the Epic raid armor is just the other armor in a different shader, and the other armor didn't even look like raid armor to begin with. Some loser on r/Destinythegame is going to use this post as an excuse to further complain about a game they stopped playing 2 years ago, that's not the intention. I simply want the raid race to be a more fair environment by making sure the dang thing works before releasing it. But also, more difficult doesn't equate to being more fun. Give us a challenging puzzle and a damage phase. Not 4 challenging puzzles per player, and one during damage phase, while spawning 50 minotaurs, and shooting 4 insta-kill death lasers at us.
