Please tell me why 16 strange coins I got Blue Armour and weapons all with 10 value ?

That's a coin sink. The prize in there is enhancement cores, upgrade mods (dismantling into 5k and 1 E. core), and raid banners. Other than that, their cipher quest and maybe class item are the only reason for me.
