With my fireteam we finished the Agrarios encounter 3 times but he wiped us at the end after killing him, even showing the objective completed and the chest, but when we respawned neither the chest nor the triumph part was marked as completed. We did it 3 times to see if it was us because we didn't get enough damage, but we realized that it happens every time we kill him.
