Hi, my friend is stuck in a clan that he cannot leave. He is the only member of the clan, but he cannot leave or disband it, and if someone else joins he cannot promote them either. He's been stuck in it for about 3 years now, and I'd like to help him so he can join my clan. He isn't good with online stuff like this which is why I'm the one making the post, but I can ask him for any information needed and such.
