Balanced Tuning Mod NOT WORKING as described
When using the balanced tuning mod, why do all of my guardian stats (tier 5 armor) STAY THE SAME or only one changes, not the 3 lowest stats, like the mod describes? When I place the other mods that have a positive AND NEGATIVE influence on my stats, they work perfect everytime. The balanced tuning mod description says "slightly increases the 3 lowest stats on the armor at no cost", it doesnt say will only increase ONE of the 3 lowest stats.....but that is what it is doing.....is this the way it is supposed to work?
