Account Recovery / Cross Save Issue — PS4 to PS5 — Wrong Account Linked

My original username on my ps4 is Jerz119. PS5 started me from scratch; old PSN not linking. Cross Save Issue form is no longer available, and I'm requesting escalation to support.
