I didnt get the emblem from watching twitch
I watched the stream of epic raid and didn't get the emblem in twitch and I connected my acc to twitch this happened to me also with the Knight of old emblem

2 RepliesGo to bungie code redeem and once u log in then underneath where u input the code it'll give ya an option to select partner service or something along those lines. There u can refresh the emblem and then it should appear on your collections
