Le Monarque seemingly not working with Anti-Barrier Bow. ( Closed )
I was running some some Solo Ops with Le Monarque and it wasn't able to break the shields of Barrier Hobgoblins even though I have the correct artifact mod active. EDIT: I forgot that Le Monarque already had a different intrinsic effect.
