Sundered Doctrine Quest bugged
I still cant get the Catalysator for the Weapon because the Quest is bugged at Step 9. The paper to collect never spawns. PLS BUNGIE JUST AUTOCOMPLETE THE STEP SO I CAN GET IT!!!!!

By any chance, did you start this quest with an alternate character? If yes, does progressing with your alternate help this quest to recognize your progress? If you haven't begun this quest with an alternate character, or making progress with them does not resolve this, then please let us know. We'll review.
