Bots in Iron Banner?
If this is real, then Bungie has some serious issues.
This is not just about using bots for a PVP event. Because that is something already baffling. The bigger issue I see is if Bungie used it here: where else? How long? What is the actual player count then? I would love to see an explanation on all of it.
Rising uses bots to help with PVE activities but allows players in and bumps bots out. At least that is reasonable and the bots move better.

I switched back to console for this very reason, I'd rather suffer with 60 fps, than be in another bot lobby.

I could toggle my character screen open and see all that but I was just totally blind in game. I could be killed and respawn but nothing changed the black screen, It remained in place until the game ended. I have no idea how many other players were affected in the game. Looks to me like every other player but you maybe had the black screen thing happening. It would explain the random jumping, shooting and walking into walls every time you approached. Bots would be doing something I would think

Freaking how clear does bungie need to be; they don’t care about you… new maps are again 2 years ago. Freaking hell, you guys need to keep shut and pay money that’s the only thing Bungie cares about its not like you ppl will quit so rather just spend money and shut the f up.

2 RepliesThose aren't bots, they are people forming fireteams to AFK farm Iron Banner. The D2 LFG Discord server was full of people forming teams to do this because the loot was the same no matter if you ended a match with a C rating or an A rating for most people.
