TAPIR
Since September 17, it has been impossible to log in to the game due to a TAPIR error. It appears that all accounts from the CIS countries have been blocked without any notification, explanation, or anything else. None of the materials I purchased are available, and I am unable to do anything about it other than request a refund.

Hi! I can't log in to the game due to the "tapir" error. It seems that this is a shadow ban for all users from the CIS, without any notification, explanation, or anything else. None of the MATERIALS I purchased are available, and I can't do anything about it except request a refund. These are my rights, but STEAM refuses to refund my money, so I can't do anything about it.
