Bungie with another power nerf but calling it a buff.
Forcing a constant negative power delta is not a buff.
Right now, you can over level activities, after this upcoming patch you wont be able to.
-This is a nerf. The modifiers not increasing combatant power is a win, they should incorporate that.
-They should not impose a constant negative delta because it makes light level even more meaningless than it already is. -The game will be even harder across the board after this patch.
