New computer user, wrong master character cross save
Hello,
I am 54 years old and this is my first time using a computer. I just bought a new computer so I can play with friends on a new platform. I followed the instructions and started a cross save so I can play my PlayStation character on my PC. During the cross save set up I don't remember being asked to select a main account and ended up with the new PC account as the character that is shared across multiple platforms. Now even my PlayStation is showing this new character I created on my computer. I understand there is a wait time to disable cross save but can someone help me choose my PlayStation character to be used?

Checking your account, it seems you selected your Xbox account as your Active Account, meaning you'll see your characters/progress for that account when you log in on any platforms linked to your Bungie profile. If that wasn't what you intended, you'll need to do the following: - Wait out the mandatory cooldown for any recent purchases. - Disable Cross Save. - Wait out the additional mandatory cooldown for disabling Cross Save. - Enable Cross Save anew, this time selecting the account you originally intended as your Active Account. Unfortunately, the cooldowns related to Cross Save can't be expedited or removed for any reason, with no exceptions. That said, while you wait out the cooldowns and Cross Save is disabled, you'll be able to access your characters on their original platforms.
