The Rank 110 ornament Vigil of the Seraph does not remove hoods from cloaks on Hunter, which is out of line from every other rank 100+ helmet ornament. Is this an intentional design or unintended bug? I was planning to use it as something that would remove the hood when I unlocked it, but when inspecting it in the reward track it doesn't remove it and I was a bit disappointed as well as unsure whether it will be true when actually equipping it or if its just a visual bug in the reward track specifically.
