refund the game

I bought the Deluxe Edition, but I can't play it because of the tapir error. How can I return the game for a refund?

You need to contact your platforms support team (Xbox, PSN, Steam, or Epic) to discuss any refunds as platforms are the ones you are actually purchasing through and they control the licenses.
