refund the game
I bought the Deluxe Edition, but I can't play it because of the tapir error. How can I return the game for a refund?

2 RepliesYou need to contact your platforms support team (Xbox, PSN, Steam, or Epic) to discuss any refunds as platforms are the ones you are actually purchasing through and they control the licenses.

Please submit your refund request correctly, stating that the game stopped working in your region. Steam currently offers refunds without any issues. I also used this feature when returning the Deluxe Edition. Good luck! Play games that work...
