PC Crashing during Inverted Spire Master Conquest - AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

PLATFORM: Steam SYSTEM INFO: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT RAM: 32 GB GPU Driver Version: 25.10.25.15-250916a-419139E-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition OS Version: Windows 11 ISP Provider/Speed/ Connection Type: Fidium Fiber, LAN, gigabit DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/Nd9PbW6P ISSUE: During the Inverted Spire Master Conquest, my PC will crash; completely powers off like it was "hard" reset or the power was cut altogether. REPRO STEPS: After falling down the platforms to the tank area is usually where this issue starts. I find that it happens most often in the room where you have to hack with Ghost and wait out the Vex waves. It's hard to tell exactly what triggers it but it seems like it could be activating the hack when it happens in that room. ACTUAL RESULT: Machine completely powers off. No game crash, blue screen, or Event Viewer log regarding the crash; only "unexpected shutdown" logs after the fact. I have to "hard" shutdown the computer when this happens as I do not have control of peripherals when it reboots in this fashion. EXPECTED RESULT: This is the result that someone would expect to happen if the bug wasn't active. LINKS: - Build details for mod/ability review - https://dim.gg/jjildoi/Current-Loadout - Another player has reported this same issue with the same Conquest and GPU: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/1mkku95/anyone_else_crashing_at_inverted_spire_strike/ NOTES: I have updated to the latest beta version of Adrenaline as the current stable was having the same result.

  • You have this error in the Dxdiag, so check this thread out: https://pcforum.amd.com/s/question/0D5KZ00000oYBXE0A4/amd-fluid-motion-frames-21-livekernelevent-code-a1000005 Your motherboard BIOS is pretty old, I think; can you update it?
