Just to check some things so its here before Bungie see the thread, is it the correct Xbox account you have linked (Lanny549), you have picked the correct active profile in the cross-save setup, and when you sign into Destiny 2 on Xbox it shows your Bungie name 'Lanny2502#2382'? If that's correct then when you added the Xbox account to cross-save, was cross-save already enabled between the other accounts with the PSN as the active profile? If so, it looks like the Xbox account while being linked to your Bungie.net profile wasn't properly included into your cross-save setup. This means you've been hit by an issue posted on here for a while and Bungie are aware of it, but they haven't from what I've seen provided any updates on the issue or if there is any workarounds to it. Spoiler part is if the above is correct. [spoiler]If the above part is the case then the way to fix it isn't a good one and you shouldn't do it yet as Bungie will look into your account once they review the forums tomorrow when they're back in the offices to check which accounts that are linked to your Bungie.net profile are showing as included on their end. Once they review your account and deem if you've hit the issue, the fix they'll say will be to deactivate cross-save, wait out the 90 days, and then reactivate cross-save so the Xbox account is there at the point of get-go of activating cross-save. This unfortunately means you would be stuck only accessing your characters while on PSN.[/spoiler]
