Same thing happening here, zero trials engram drops and can't claim rank rewards. Restarting game or switching characters does nothing to fix

Yeah I haven't seen them acknowledge this. I noticed the low engram drop rate, but thought it was intentional. I assumed that since they are of Osiris, trials were just cold and withholding by design. Then I finally got to rank 10 (I'm terrible at PvP and was only playing to unlock Aisha's care and hopefully have some engrams to focus more rolls of it). Naturally since that was the reward I was going for, it was also the exact rank at which the game stopped letting me claim rank up rewards. I ranked up one more time just in case I had somehow been misunderstanding the rank system this whole time, but I still at rank 11 can't claim the rank 10 rewards. I also have gotten a total of 8 trials engrams over the 2 days of playing nothing but trials and reaching rank 11. Again, I am admittedly real bad at PvP, but I did manage to get to a (flawed, obviously) 7 win card at some point and also 8 is still suspiciously not the same number as 11 if you ask me
