Explosive Payload in crucible bugged
Explosive payload, specifically on 120 rpm hand cannons (such as the bottom dollar) are not doing proper damage. Whilst other 120 hand cannons like igneous hammer can 2 headshot, 1 body shot at below 7 resilience. The bottom dollar with Explosive payload requires a player be at ONE resilience or lower to 2 body 1 head. I believe this is a bug with EP and needs fixing.
