Facet of Command Cooldown Makes No Sense

This is my first post because I had to speak out on this change. Echo of Domineering and Facet of Command's cooldown makes no sense. 11 seconds for a reload on a specific status effect makes it obsolete and near useless for any necessary builds. Thread of Ascent has a 4 second cooldown and works on an easy to use subclass. Why are we punishing a more restricted version of that fragment's effect? The weapons and tactics that benefited from facet of command were not even the best in the game. All it did was bring up weapons and rotations that lacked synergy and made them competitive to the high level builds. I am disappointed that we nerfed facet of command yet Still Hunt can still net you around 4 supers in a damage rotation. Please adjust the cooldown to both fragments. I recommend a 3 second cooldown between activations
