I need some help! I was permanently banned from Destiny 2 (Bungie) a few years ago. Now, I can't turn off cross-save because I can't verify my banned account in order to link my new Bungie account. I don't want to buy the game again. Please help!

Thats intentional, you aren't allowed to deactivate/active cross-save if the accounts involved have any active restrictions.
