Why was strand hunter nerfed because of strand titan overpreforming?
They nerfed grapple tangles because of titans… If I have widows silk can this nerf not be applied to me? Grapple is not an issue on strand hunter…

Probably Bungie has a messed up code base which cannot support this level of separation on fragments logic.
