Bubble is actually getting a buff because it's no longer just some piece of crap WoL generator you run back inside of to heal. Granted it still does this, but having survivability and utility OUTSIDE of the bubble is the single best change they have made to it in a long time. Well of radiance badly needed to be nerfed because it trivialized a ton of content...but those encounters that are designed around well are gonna be a lot more frustrating after the change. I doubt they thought about that too much, so the barrier of entry for raids will increase while the actual skill ceiling won't change. Unless it flat out sucks now, warlocks are still gonna be stuck on it unfortunately cause it's still easy survivability.
