Hi, I've been playing Destiny 2 on and off since the beta, and when the Planet of Peace emblem could be acquired, a friend of mine donated to the Bungie foundation twice and gifted me one of his emblem Codes. Fast forward to 2024, now it says that ownership is required to equip said emblem, as you can see in the screenshot.(I have been online from time to time since 2020 and i have had the emblem everytime but when i logged in this year arounf april the ownership only then is in question, some screenshots are only 1-3 years old) I actually don't have the exact date when my friend has donated, i really only have a few screenshots and videos from over the years as proof of my 'ownership' where you can see me having this Emblem equipped because frankly it is one of my favourite emblems in the game. I saw that you can submit an request on help.bungie.net but it says if you do not have all the right dates and such that you might get banned. I don't really want to risk a ban because i did spend a good amount of money on this game. Also getting in contact with my friend seems very hard as he's an online friend i met while playing Destiny 1, and not really having that much personal information about him, it is rather hard to contact him to give me his proof of donating to the bungie foundation. I really hope that not all is lost and that maybe these screenshots and videos are enough for me to get my ownership back.
