Hi there. If you're not seeing your PSN characters when you sign into the game on Steam, make sure you're signed into Steam with the correct account linked to your profile. Contact Steam Support if you need help with figuring out the correct login. If you accidentally linked an alt Steam account to your setup instead of your main account, then your options would be leave the Cross Save as-is and play on the alt account, or disable Cross Save, wait the mandatory cooldown, and swap Steam account links before going through the setup again after the cooldown expires.
