Un-Sunsetting

I think this is just Bungie grasping at straws. It’ll bring back a few old players who will come back only to realize this game is shyte and then they’ll leave again. TFS will project big numbers for the first 2 months and then it’ll fall off hard. Bungie just needs to bring back Sunset weapons for everyone, not just for those who were there. I only had a few weapons of mine sunset, as I first started playing pre-Beyond Light for about a month and then when Sunsetting rolled around, I quit. Came back early WQ. I would like to see Dust Rocks and Duke and all those iconic weapons come back with the same rolls they had before. Not the Mindbender’s treatment where you give us a “new” version of the weapon with different perks that have already been powercrept. I want Quickdraw, not Slideways. I want Snapshot, not Fragile Focus. Give us the old rolls, but with the option to have new perks. I.E. DRB with Slideshot + Quickdraw, but it can also roll Opening + Quickdraw. Just an idea Bungie. Old school meets new school. And like I said, don’t just re-unlock it for old players that have god rolls. The moment that Sunset weapons have their power limits removed, there should be a way to obtain each and every one of them (at least the most iconic/chaseworthy ones.) Edit: When TFS drops, make them the droppable weapons from Onslaught and allow players to attune them.
