When using a holster mod that matches the current damage type of Tessellation, and loading a grenade into the weapon, swapping to another weapon before using the charged shot causes the auto load sound queue to replay over and over, rapidly. This only occurs when the charged shot is loaded, and ends when you fire the charged shot or swap back to Tesselation. Additionally, it is only audio, it has no further gameplay impact.
