Randomly got my 3 characters deleted/missing/resetted(?)
So a bunch of clanmates notified me of [look at the pic from Braytech] the unusual inactivity shown on the site, so i decided to log in since it's been a while (definitely not 54 years) and i've found out that all of my characters got [insert here whatever the -blam!- happened to them] (since i don't know what actually happened). As soon as i select one of the characters the new light mission booted up.
As you can see from the DIM screenshot i've got all of my items, as if my characters were randomly deleted but i cannot be sure about that. It's as if the characters disappeared with all the items attached to them (weapons, armor and the items in the inventory).
PS: nobody has access to my account but me
Could there be a solution to this?

13 RepliesBungie will not do anything when it comes to deleted items and/or characters. There was a bug recently where it offered you the chance to create a new character as soon as you logged in even if you already had 3 characters. Did you by chance press the create a new character option?
