The bounty design is very counterproductive in this game.
They often require you to screw everyone else over.
It's been that way since as long as I can remember and I will never understand that lame brain design and why the player base tolerates it.

The design is very human.

no bounty requires you to screw people over, people choose to do so. every bounty can be completed and play along with others.

There's no such thing as a mote thief. All dropped motes belong to the team as a whole. None belong to you specifically.
There's no such thing as a mote thief. All dropped motes belong to the team as a whole. None belong to you specifically.
I beg to differ. When each player has individual bounties or triumphs / Seal tasks to complete, said individual is focused on achieving such. Just ask anyone trying to complete Dredgen or get Malfeasance. The matter could easily be resolved if bounty or triumphs were team based as opposed to being on an individual basis, as it currently is… So, any notes harvested by one player count towards all team members completions, accordingly. FWIW: I use the term ‘mote thief’ as a tongue in cheek reference to those harvester mice that zip about grabbing everything and anything, regardless of who got the kill to create the motes in the first instance. It is selfish to the nth degree…and is a deliberate act. 🤨 Way back, I enjoyed the colour coded armour for player types: red / invader, yellow / sentinel, white / harvester (?), green / ???. This system worked really well and made a player’s intentions clear. All that was missing was the collective achievements belonged to the team rather than the individual player. I was doing an Onslaught ‘Gambit’ bounty the other day…mote thieves still abound! 🧐 Ease springs! 🫡 Club 49er

No you clearly pointed out how it's the people's choice to screw over others not the bounty. Try again.
