I cleared the Avalon Dungeon and obtained Vexcalibur from the War Table, but I cannot obtain the quest 'Vexcalibur: Authorization Override'. I couldn't find the quest in the quest tab either. And there is one more problem. I destroyed a total of 4 oracles in the Whisper Dungeon for 2 weeks, but couldn't get WHITE NAIL II Intrinsic. I visited the dungeon again, but the first oracle was not visible. There is no WHITE NAIL II Intrinsic in the Whisper weapon I have. Even when I was crafting the Whisper weapon in the Relic in the Enclave on Mars, I couldn't find WHITE NAIL II. Only have WHITE NAIL III.
