aim assist
is way too strong. We need to be able to turn it off. It literally drags my sights all over the map

I know what you mean. It usually feels worse after playing another FPS game. Destiny 2 has unfortunatelyy allot of AA... so anyone here who thinks that they have a good aim, you might want to rethink your ego
