I think they announced this on twitter earlier this week?
Its a typo. You can get kills in Dungeons or Raids. Not PVP

Yeaahh it sucks to have to grind that out. I did it on the intro to grasp and got it done pretty quick with sunshot. Just dont bank the pick up at the crystal. No need for a raid checkpoint either. Best of luck with the grinding tho!

Grasp is a good option, but I suggest the Shuro Chi encounter of Last Wish, which of course you can get to without a checkpoint by entering the right "code" at the wishing wall.
