Hey there. Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts or cancel cross-save. If Steam are unable to help you regain access to the account due to it being deleted, then it will not be possible to unlink the account.

But I can confidently verify all the other accounts are mine as well as any destiny related purchases on them, when I built my pc and started linking any gaming related stuff from my deleted to the new one it was very simple to explain and verify my accounts. Why is bungie so stubborn?

Bungie are not stubborn, they are protecting user accounts. You must be able to validate all accounts for security reasons. I’m sure you wouldn’t like it if someone were to pretend to be you and started removing your accounts. If you can’t log into an account, contact the platform for help recovering that account. If they’re unable to assist, then you’re stuck with that account forever. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure they can access their accounts at all times. -
The 1 account out the 5 log ins that I can do with 2FA is deleted. I have the email confirming that I deleted the steam account too. I legit don’t know what more confirmation would be necessary that the account is none existent

You’re stuck with the account. Bungie will not remove it no matter what. In the future, make sure to fully review your accounts before deleting them.
