Not the big blights you have to be in to shoot. They are the small little blights that you can only destroy with whisper. In legend mode.
The first set appear in the beginning area when you spawn in.
The second set are in that big room with the cliffs that you can either climb or skip.

Ah, there's where the confusion was then. It should've specified because there was no way I was going to know what it was talking about after knowing for so long what a typical Taken Blight was.
