Definitely. And yes, I am leaving as well more often. It also generates a snowball effect cause more people are loading into already running games which are skewed leaving again immediately. I believe it's the consequence of abysmal matchmaking and whatever Bungie changed it made things worse. As weird as it sounds, Trials currently has relatively spoken the best/most balanced matchmaking. Comp is off pulling in players from different skill levels. Forget about rank, it doesn't work and rank is obviously not indicative of skill. Worst of all is QP control. Stomp fest like we had years ago when new YouTubers/streamers sprang like mushrooms bragging about 40+, 50+ kill streaks.

 • This last Trials was the worst I can remember. Almost every match was unplayable. The one before that was pretty good.

 • Average players like us always will suffer.

 • Average players lack the experience to realize how inaccurate a statement that is. I have screen shots back when I used to play overwatch where I had both priority require (game ended early from quitters) and some quicker queue ticket for flexing, and it was in quickplay. Better players that aren’t pros are probably the most -blam!- over demographic in modern fps games. Between the communities blaming them for their own incompetence, and the devs having to bend to the community’s will for fear of their bottom line dropping. You get treated as if you’re not welcomed, all for just liking a game enough to invest time in it. Between hypocritical arguments many people make against them, and the conflicting sandbox/MM changes made sometimes because of them. It kind of sucks to be anything but average at a game these days. Before judging, I switched from console when I was at my peak in terms of skill to pc, and had to relearn almost everything. It was kind of eye opening how much more enjoyable the game was during that time but that’s just my experience reinforcing my observations over the last 20 years

 •
It also generates a snowball effect cause more people are loading into already running games which are skewed leaving again immediately.
So you just admit to being the problem why matches are unbalanced in the first place. Not only are you trying to sell it that it should send a message to bungie. But also you drag in the 1 or 5 poor sods joining your position
I believe it's the consequence of abysmal matchmaking and whatever Bungie changed it made things worse.
The "abysmal" matchmaking was a compromise. Because quite frankly, having laggy laggerton on the opposite team teleporting with weapon in hand is definitely fair in a peer to peer network environment, but hey, they are similar skill on paper 😌. That makes me feel better that I could do absolutely nothing. As long as Joe feels good right?
As weird as it sounds, Trials currently has relatively spoken the best/most balanced matchmaking. Stomp fest like we had years ago when new YouTubers/streamers sprang like mushrooms bragging about 40+, 50+ kill streaks

massive dose of skill issue, oof
Rank never worked together with sbmm, you have ascendants that can't even hit basic headshots on a standing target doing nothing. Rank does show indicative to skill for the most part. But you can't have skill bracket pools and Rank, and be surprised the ascendant isn't fragging out but instead missing all his shots Everyone who beats you is a streamer, got it, you know. I started streaming 1 year ago, I really felt my kd shoot up from a 0.9 to a 1.0 to a 1.01. Yeah the Twitch and YouTube icon really enhances my gunplay. No device needed, quickly everyone! Make a Twitch and YouTube account. No practice needed!!!

 • You make assumptions without data evidence. And you don't know anything about me personally. Hence please continue insinuating false claims You are right so that I am occasionally contributing to the problem aka snowball effect myself. Occasionally. I have nothing against streamers but my point was made as a time reference to the past where we experienced similar Crucible problems. Take care!

 • With regards to matchmaking yes indeed. With regards to experience how the mm mechanics impact current results it's biased as I same as everyone else tend to generalize my experience to the whole game. As long as Bungie are not fully transparent with data it's all assumptions.

 • Don't you feel the devil on your shoulder blessing you with the power of the sweat when you see that YouTube icon on your screen? All of a sudden you become a 3.0 from a 0.5. Quickly improve in this one step, crucible doctors hate him. 🤣 Nah, man, keep going with the grind man.
