Silver is only available to spend on the platform where it was purchased, but any unlocked cosmetics will be available on all platforms if purchased by the active Cross Save account.

no you arent getting my problem i bought silver in epicgames before enabling cross play so how to get it to my main account.

Silver purchased on Epic can only be spent by logging into Destiny 2 via Epic.

Edited by EckyThump: 4/16/2024 3:11:04 PMHey there. Your Epic profile, containing the Silver, has been made dormant due to cross-save, as you've got Steam as the Active account. Cross-saving first lets you buy and spend Silver on one platform, then the items you bought are all available while playing on another platform. The way you did it, the only way to spend the Silver is to cancel cross-save and spend it on the Epic account. viiTactiiCZz has linked the missing Silver form which you could try and see if the balance can be moved.

You can read through this: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497031-Contact-Form-Missing-Silver - if that doesn't fix it, use the contact form at the bottom and they may transfer it but its at their discretion Otherwise you will need to get a refund via Epic for it.

how much time does it take to refund or transfer?

If they decide to transfer it then it'll happen when they're reviewing your ticket, but tickets can take days/weeks to be reviewed. Refunds are platform dependent and can be instant or take days to happen if they authorize the refund.

You will have to consult Epic games support for more info. Bungie does not transfer Silver between platforms. You [i]paid [/i]Epic, you have to use it on Epic.

You will have to use the Silver on EPIC. You bought it there, you have to use it there.

If you bought silver then activated cross save, your silver will be applied to your dormant Epic characters. It will be usable on those characters after you deactivate cross save.
