Final Shape + Annual Pass Pre-order Update BUG/Problem!

The problem I'm having is that I pre-order the (Final Shape + Annual Pass) on August 24 2023 for PC, and In-game is showing that I do not own it, yet I still have the emote & ghost shell. (I had) 1 of the emblem(s), but since this recent update of Tue Apr 9th 2024 have been removed from my account. I also don't have the recent release of the ship & second emblem from pre-order bonuses. In the storefront of where I purchased it is showing that I purchased it. In my purchase history of the storefront it says that I purchased it. In my bank statement history it's not showing any refund of any kind from the purchase of the Final Shape up to this moment. So I'm not just making you aware of this Bungie, but I'm looking for a remedy for this major situation. At this moment I do not have the content expansion Final Shape + Annual, nor all the pre-order bonuses from said purchased content, nor do I have any refunded money paid. I need some course of action to direct me to a solution. Please help. To Be 100% clear I did not cancel my pre-order at any point in time.
