So far this week I've encountered players in clans named after -blam!- groups and convicted paedophiles... Maybe you could start by dissolving these clans and perma-banning the players in them. While they may think it funny, it's not, and they don't deserve to be allowed to play the game. Unfortunately, you don't have a better system to report these kinds of things, which is why I'm raising it here.
