You can literally report the clan and it will be reviewed by mods/bungie

But that would prompt question, if you do not expect them to know a name is bad, how do you expect them to clean the clans up?

just report it, then the mods/bungie can review it. They are not going to take some rando word on something being bad, they will look into it. Same as if you had added your context.
