Because it took 3 years worth of power creep and multiple nerfs to put them in a state where they are on the same level as other legendaries and even some exotics, if they were never sunset no gin would have ever mattered until the current season

That sounds like a them problem. Something we should not be penalized on.

Your right it is a thek problem and they fixed it

By ruining functional gameplay. Ever since then PvP has been screwed up because they have done nothing but screwed around with weapons that are “unfairly meta for too long.”

So you don't want balance patches, that's a new one

Edited by Imperator Morsus: 4/1/2024 1:34:36 PMIf they didn't give legendary gear out like candy, we wouldn't have a reason to nerf stuff... but they do so the entire game is broken by its own premise. These items are meant to give you a leg up, a power boost, an ability no one else has, but as Syndrome said from the Incredibles. "When everyone is special, no one will be." That needs to be remembered because this game with it's ESG and DEI environment is trying to make everyone and everything special by giving EVERYONE the ability to get something. If you don't get it the first time, don't punish those who did...I got both Mountian Top and Recluse when it was available, I also got all the weapons and Sagira's shell from the Curse of Osirus expansion. I also got rining nail and other weapons from the Forges... I should not be penalized for that... if anything I should be put into a higher ranking because I can school the new lights and those who didn't grind for those weapons or weren't around at the time. Instead, Bungie said my ability to grind at that time and EARN those weapons is not a good thing and I should be penalized. Why should I not be recognized as a legend because of what I have, I mean the game doesn't recognize I destroyed Oryx, didn't recognize I made it through the original vault of glass, instead the game says "some guardian"... This game has a lot of issues, and the main one right now is Bungie's inability to actually reward people for grinding for good weapons back in the day...
