Ps5 voice chat not working
My voice chat isn’t working I tried everything and still nothing last week it was my text chat at it randomly started to work again can someone plzzz help

I had the same issue, couldn't create topics,upvote etc. on the forum, and since march 12 i've lost game chat. Turns out it's about their age policy,u have to be more then 13 years old or smth,to prove it u need to contact via their request form and provide some photo with your ID,like passport or drivers license. I think bungo needs to clarify this issue in some article or smth,so many people just don't understand why their chat isn't working. I've struggled for 2 weeks myself
