arc staff isn't correctly deflecting
I've noticed that in PVP when deflecting with arc staff, you can still get killed and the kill is marked by killed by architects.
As example, someone rushes you head on with shotgun, you start deflecting, they shoot and it kills them by your deflect, but also kills you. Happened to me several times.

this has existed for a very long time, and it's simply because Arc Staff does not effectively deflect chip damage. It doesn't help that the deflection area is also relatively small, and you cannot jump during block to change the deflect angle. Hopefully Bungo will fix this someday
