So remind me, why was my Recluse, my Mountaintop and other weapons were Sunset again?
I have all the old weapons in storage still, all the sunset weapons I earned, now you are telling me that instead of upgrading them and allowing us to get a re-roll on them for the new weapons rolls, we are going to have to do is all over again?

I am not going to write another monologue telling people how broken this game is only to get it plucked off the forum because of some butt-hurt SJW at Bungie... and then banned because I offended someone somewhere...
But they deserve a thrashing after this last video... there is no excuse why this is happening.
Sony, if you are stalking these forums, fix this ship before it becomes Titanic II... because right now this company has lost its way, and the game is a shell of what it should be... all because of EID and ESG...

Edited by BetweenMyself: 3/30/2024 10:05:25 PMThe game was in a vastly different place when Sunsetting was enacted, right around the addition of Stasis and years prior to Strand, prior to the rework of the Light Subclasses, prior to the addition of several new Perks applying 3.0 verbs to weapons, prior to several rounds of buffs and nerfs to various Exotics and weapon Archetypes, and prior to several changes to ability uptime and player survivability. Nearly four years of gradual change involving both minor adjustments and major reworks to game mechanics have brought us to a point where certain weapons (with additional adjustments made to reign them in further) no longer pose [i]the same[/i] balancing issues they once did and the devs are comfortable letting them back onto the playfield.
