The ship has already sunk. Sony is just waiting awhile before they attempt salvage. Let it hit rock bottom before they do anything. And its decisions like this one that gouged massive holes in the hull. Repeated stupid decisions that deflate any and all hype I had for Into the Light.

No, but this really leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth. And sparks more debate and controversy that isn't needed at this time. They had an easy way out and they didn't take it. They are unwilling to change their ways, so ultimately we are going to see big shifts at bungie later down the line.
