Error code Chive

Hello, I am receiving error code CHIVE even though I have done a fresh install, verified integrity of gamefiles, scanned and repaired my hard drive, yet still no dice. I took a break and the game is now unplayable? Please help, veteran with 3.5+k hours here (and clan leader)

Edit: Installing an older graphics driver solved this issue temporarily, but not I am getting a CHIVE error again.
