You'll need to contact Twitch concerning issues with their system not properly recording your watch time. Bungie has no control over Twitch's systems and cannot provide extra watch time to your recorded time.

  • Contacted twitch regarding the counter errors. Their response was this is a stream channel issue not a twitch issue. Streamers are responsible for making certain that their drops are enabled at the start of a stream and viewer need to watch for the designated time. Viewers aren't supposed to have to jump through endless hoops to get things promised to them by streamers. For me I had 15% of 3 hours on the first stream in which I which the entire stream. Watched all 90 minutes of the 2nd and ended with 48%. the 1 hour drop worked as expected and started progressing from the start of the stream. I'm pretty good at math and 15% the 90 minutes should have left me at 65% completed. Think the solution in the future is don't set of watch timers just post a universal code at the end of the stream since you seem to be having issues with the drops that affect a large number of your viewers.

  • The drops were enabled for the Streams. Based on some of the forum posts I've seen concerning it, different people got different percentages, and most people that didn't refresh at the start of the stream got none or very little, or didn't start counting until after they refreshed. The fact that you, the viewer, have to refresh on your end so Twitch's system detects you're watching shows that it's not anything Bungie can help with; it's on Twitch's website and service. Unfortunately, there's nothing Bungie can do to fix the issue on Twitch's system that requires that extra hoop to jump through.

Funny thing was I did refresh at the beginning of the stream and the 1 hour emblem worked and the 3 hour didn't. The point is it is a crap system and there must be a better way to reward viewers than using a buggy twitch drop method that Bungie doesn't have full control of.

  • I'd suggest leaving your feedback over in the Destiny 2 - Feedback forum. There might even already be a thread over there discussing just that, and if not, you can make one. That's the forum space the people that look for player feedback actually look for it, so your thoughts would best be shared there.

  • Will you point us to the feedback forums? Same thing happened to me, the drops campaign wasn't even visible for me that first stream, only the diamond medallions. So no progress was made. The drops campaign only became visible on the second stream.
