Would it help if there was proof of the hacker who did this?
-
No. Bungie bans the account that violated not the person

Edited by RimeLux02: 3/30/2024 5:32:30 PMBut the cheater is clearly using hijacked accounts to cheat in his trial games. He has these stolen accounts on his team, so he can run cheats on them. That way he can cheat without being reported. There has to be away to deal with him The cheater/account stealer in question btw: https://imgur.com/a/uoOyKmc

Which is why the account gets banned
-
So then the cheater just uses another account and suffers no consequences, while the player who lost their account is left punished
-
Account security is the players responsibility not Bungie. Bungie simply bans the offending account
-
So then the policy should change. That cheater is still going to infest Trial matches, while innocent players get banned
-
No the policy is fine. Anyone can lie and say a " hacker" is on an account. I been playing 8 years with no issues. 2 step authentication works just fine
