This seems like solid advice but what would you recommend to the multitude of players with the unwavering opinion that all of their teammates are idiots? There're quite a few of those you know.

They are destiny players and playing trials so unfortunately all of them are, in fact, idiots

I honestly just jump off if my teammates are literal monkeys who cannot tell how to pull the trigger. They always get mad too, but wth are they expecting?

Don't get me wrong, I'll openly admit that I'm likely one of those idiots according to a skilled player's perspective but when it's every player? That seems to me like they'd be better off either coming to grips with reality or playing with themselves.

Edited by The Hermit IX: 3/25/2024 5:34:28 PMPart of the problem is players that act toxic usually aren’t good players. It’s always the bad players that message toxic things. Like the .8 KD guy mocking my stats last night. He’s not very good but insists he is. Or the guy who was at the bottom of a match, on my team messaging me to stat shame, even though I had twice as many kills in the match and twice his KDA. It’s difficult enough for a player to try to improve and have to contend with -blam!- hats like that. They chase off so many players trying to learn and thin out the player pool.

If they're worse than you then just jump off. If they're clearly better than you then stick to them and aid them in their plays. Simple as that.

Jump off and make it easier on yourself.

🤣 Duly noted!
